Insurance:

Mindful Way Counseling works with most major insurance plans or networks, including most plans by:

We are also in network with most MNSure, MNCare, and Medical Assistance (Medicaid) Plans through the state of Minnesota, except Hennepin Health. However, please note that we are unfortunately not providers with Medicare Plans at this time. Medicare is a federal insurance program. We are in network with very limited EAP plans, and our supervised clinicians cannot accept any EAPs, being in-network with an insurance above does not guarantee EAP coverage.

There may be slight variations based on each of our therapists within the clinic. We will notify you upon your request for an intake appointment if your therapist of choice can work with your insurance plan.

After scheduling we will complete a courtesy benefits check to attempt to verify eligibility and benefits and will notify any scheduled client if there are any concerns during this process, when possible. Each plan provided by insurance can have varying networks, so it is important to check with your insurance to determine if your specific plan covers Mindful Way Counseling in network.
